The outline can follow your artwork or use a simple shape around it. Common keychain size 4CM-7CM based on deisign.Tell us the size you have in mind. We’ll review the thickness and attachment-hole position with the design, keeping the connector clear of important details.

Prepare Artwork for Clear and Double-Sided Printing
Mark the Cut Line, Hole, and Safe Area
Include the outline you want and leave room for the attachment hole. If you only have the image, send it as it is. We’ll help position the hole without covering the lettering or main design, ensuring the artwork works well for production.
Define White Ink and Transparent Areas
White ink sits behind the printed colors to make them opaque on clear acrylic. Areas without that backing can look different. Tell us which parts you want transparent so we can show them in the artwork.
Control Multiple Designs
Give each design a name and list its quantity. Include any differences in attachments or packaging under the same name so each version has a clear set of instructions.
Separate Front and Back Files
Send separate files when the two sides have different designs. Label them “Front” and “Back.” Text needs to read correctly from each side rather than simply appearing reversed.

Can You Quote Shipping with Duties Included?
Yes, we can ship via DDP. DDP shipping is available for most countries. Send us your country and postal code, and we’ll confirm the shipping cost and whether duties are included.
Which Artwork Files Should I Send?
We accept JPG and PNG files that are at least 1,000 pixels wide and 1,000 pixels high, with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. We prepare the production artwork after your order is confirmed at no extra charge.
How Do White Ink and Transparent Areas Work on Clear Acrylic?
White ink provides an opaque backing beneath the printed colors. Areas left without printing remain clear. Mark the parts you want transparent when sending your design.
Can Acrylic Keychains Have Different Designs on Each Side?
Yes. Send the front and back designs separately so we can review them together. Printing charges are included in the quotation based on your requirements.
Which Attachments Are Suitable for My Program?
Split rings work for everyday keys. Lobster or swivel clasps suit keychains that need to clip onto a bag and come off easily. Phone loops need a suitable opening on the case or accessory. The fitting also needs to suit the acrylic piece’s size and hole position.
Can Backing Cards or Individual Packaging Be Included?
Yes. Our standard packaging is an individual OPP bag. We also offer backing-card and OPP-bag packaging.
How Should Multiple Designs and Quantities Be Submitted?
Label each artwork file and list the quantity beside the matching name. Note any different attachments or packaging for each version. For the same design in different colors, the minimum is 50 pieces per color.
When Should I Request a Physical Sample?
Request a sample before bulk production if you’re unsure how the finished keychain will look. It gives you a physical piece to check rather than relying only on the artwork.
