Customize Your Acrylic Medals
Send us your logo or design. We’ll prepare professional artwork for your approval, based on your design and our production requirements. Let us know which areas you want to keep transparent. We offer full-color UV printing on one or both sides, as well as engraving.
Our medals use transparent acrylic. Leave the background clear to show the material, or add a printed background as part of your design.
Common sizes are 50, 60, 65, and 70 mm, with thickness options of 3 mm or 5 mm. Choose a round medal or have it laser-cut to your own shape. For a design with several logos or longer wording, a larger size gives you more room.
Print your event name or sponsor logos on the ribbon. Common sizes include 900 × 25 mm and 900 × 38 mm. Choose single-sided or double-sided logo printing.

Can You Leave Part Of The Medal Transparent?
Yes. Unprinted areas can stay clear. We add white ink behind printed areas when the design needs more opaque colors, and show the clear and printed areas separately in the artwork.
Can You Print on Both Sides of an Acrylic Medal?
Yes. Because the acrylic is transparent, artwork on the back may be visible from the front. We check both sides together and show the print direction, position, and ribbon opening in the artwork before production.
Will Acrylic Feel The Same As Metal?
No. Acrylic has a different weight and feel. You can order a sample to check it before placing a bulk order.
Are Acrylic Medals Scratchproof Or Unbreakable?
No. Each medal has a protective film for shipping. Remove it before use.
What Is The Minimum Order?

How Long Will My Order Take?
Sampling takes 10 days, and bulk production takes 10–15 days. Shipping time is additional. Samples carry a separate fee.
