Soft Enamel
For cartoon animals with clear outlines,Soft enamel works well for cartoon animals and mascots. The raised metal lines separate the colors and outline details such as eyes, ears, and spots.
Hard Enamel
Choose hard enamel for a smooth, polished animal pin. hard enamel works well for simple designs. Keep the details simple and each color area at least 2mm wide.
Metal Animal Pins
Your animal can also be made without enamel colors. Use flat raised details for a simple emblem, or sculpted 3D metal for a lion’s face, an eagle’s wings, or a curled snake.
Customization Options
Choose the whole animal, its head, or a paw shape. A simple cat or butterfly outline can work at 1″. For small eyes, spots, or feather details, consider 1.5″ to give them more room.
Send us your illustration or mascot color codes. Black nickel gives dark metal outlines; gold and silver create brighter borders. Antique bronze is another option for all-metal animal designs. Selected enamel areas can include glitter or glow-in-the-dark color.
Pins come individually packed in polybags. For a shop collection, backing cards can carry the animal’s name and your brand. Gift boxes and pouches are also available.

Send your animal design, size, quantity, and country. For a collection, list how many pins you need of each animal.
2. Confirm Artwork
After you confirm the order, we’ll prepare the artwork. Check the colors, metal outlines, size, and backing before giving your approval.
3. Production and Shipping
Production starts after artwork approval and payment confirmation. We’ll arrange packing and shipping according to the agreed order details.

Can The Same Animal Design Have Different Fur Colors?
Yes. You can order different fur colors with a minimum of 50 pieces per color.
Can You Make Thin Tails, Antlers, Or Legs?
Yes. We can thicken those parts or print the details on a solid background.
Which Backing Should I Choose?
Choose a butterfly or rubber clutch for most clothing and bags, a safety pin for larger pins, or a magnet when you do not want to pierce the fabric.
Can I Reorder Just One Animal From My Collection?
Yes. You can reorder a single animal design, with a minimum of 50 pieces.
