We can use your road bike or MTB design, route map, and event logo. Send a photo or sketch, and we’ll prepare the artwork for you.
Shape and Structure
Choose a round, wheel, or gear shape. Iron suits simple designs; zinc alloy allows cut-outs and 3D details. We can also make a wheel that spins.
Finisher and Podium Awards
Use the same medal design for different distances or awards. We can laser-engrave text on the back.

Soft Enamel Medals
Soft enamel suits simple logos and solid colors. The colors sit below the metal outlines, giving the medal a textured surface.
3D Medals
The rider, bicycle frame, and mountains can be made in 3D, with raised details that give them depth and shape.
UV Printed Medals
Choose UV printing for complex artwork with shading and gradients. These details can be printed without dividing them into separate enamel colors.
Metal Colors and Ribbons
Gold, silver, and bronze-colored finishes are available in shiny or antique styles. Use different finishes for first, second, and third place.
We match your club or event colors using your reference or Pantone codes. Glitter and glow-in-the-dark enamel are also available.
Add your event name, logo, or distance to the ribbon. Common sizes include 900 × 25 mm and 900 × 38 mm. Choose single-sided or double-sided logo printing.
We prepare ribbon artwork for approval and attach the ribbons before shipping.

After you confirm the order, we prepare the medal and ribbon artwork for approval. A physical sample is available if you want to see the finished design first.
3. Arrange Production & Shipment
Production starts after approval. We check the finished medals, pack them, and arrange shipment using the agreed delivery method.

What Is The Minimum Order?
The minimum order is 100 pieces per design.
Can You Add Rider Names Or Results?
Yes. We can laser-engrave names or results on the back. If results are only available after the race, engraving and delivery need a separate schedule.
How Much Do Custom Cycling Medals Cost?
The price depends on the design, size, thickness, material, quantity, and ribbon. More pieces of the same design generally lower the unit price by spreading the mold cost across the order.
How Long Do Sampling And Production Take?
Sampling takes 7–10 days, and bulk production takes 10–18 days. Artwork approval, revisions, and shipping are additional. Samples cost the mold fee, with freight charged separately; complex moving parts may need more time.
How Are The Medals Packed?
Each medal comes in an individual OPP bag. Any sorting or labeling by award category needs to be agreed before packing.
