Choose Your Metal Finish
Customize Your Struck Coins
Send your emblem, wording, and any reference images. We can prepare different designs for the front and back, with individual names or numbers added where needed.
Small letters need space around them. We’ll check the text and logo-to-border spacing at the finished coin size before making the mold.
We use iron stamping for round and other regular shapes without internal cut-outs, up to 2.5 inches.
Tell us the size and thickness you want. If your design needs complex cut-outs or sculpted 3D details, we’ll review a die-cast option instead.
Keep a plain edge or add a rope, reeded, or decorative border. Leave enough room inside the border for your lettering.
A 4 mm edge can carry laser-engraved words, numbers, or a logo around the coin. The engraving is not filled with black paint.
Coins for Your Organization
Military and First Responders
A unit insignia can have more detail than a small coin allows. Keep the main emblem clear, with deployment dates or a service message on the back. The same approach works for police, fire, and EMS department coins.
Corporate Recognition
Put your company logo on the front and the employee’s achievement on the back. Individual names or years of service can be engraved, so each recipient gets a personal award.
Membership and Commemoration
For a club anniversary or reunion, include the emblem and dates that members recognize. A memorial coin can carry a portrait, but a sculpted likeness needs a separate 3D production review.

What Is The Difference Between Die Struck And Die Cast Coins?
Die struck coins are pressed from a metal blank. Die cast coins are formed from molten metal in a mold and suit more complex shapes and cut-outs.
Can Die Struck Coins Include Enamel Color?
Yes. Die striking forms the metal design; enamel adds color afterward. You can also leave the coin entirely in metal colors.
Can We Check A Physical Sample?
Yes. A sample lets you check the metal finish, lettering, and weight before bulk production. Sample charges and timing are confirmed before we proceed.
How Are The Coins Packaged?
Individual PVC pouches and presentation boxes are available. We match the packaging to the coin’s shape, size, and thickness.
Can We Reuse The Design For A Repeat Order?
Yes. We check the existing mold before quoting your reorder. Changes to the size or molded design may require a new mold.
