Techniques: With the advanced CNC machine, we ensure to turn your intricate logo on the products accurately and perfectly. Also, we have enamel painted, UV printed, engraved logo to make your emblem unique and colorful.
Materials: We use zinc alloy, brass, stainless steel and aluminum to make emblems in both 2D and 3D designs. All the materials are eco-friendly.
Metal Finishes: We offer shiny gold, silver, copper, chrome, antique bronze, antique silver metal finishes to make the emblems with a quality appearance and long-lasting usage.
Custom Design: You are free to custom design in any shape. You can customize the emblems from 0.5” to 10 inches. Thickness from 1.0mm to 10mm.

The emblem installation is easy. We have two installation methods: one is with screw and bolts; the other is with 3M adhesive. You can attach the emblems in several minutes.

Step 1
Provide details such as your emblem design, size, plating colors, quantity, and any other specific requirements.
We offer a free quote based on your specifications.
Step 2
We create professional artwork for your approval.
Within the artwork, you’ll see the mockup of your badge before production, including design, dimensions, colors, and all other details.
The final product will match the artwork.
Step 3
After confirming the artwork, a 50% deposit is required to start production.
Throughout the manufacturing process, we’ll provide you with photos to track the progress of your order.
Once production is complete, we’ll send you photos and videos for final confirmation. After your approval, we’ll arrange shipment to you.

It based on the emblem backing.
If you use 3M adhesive backing. you need to clean the car appearance and make it dry. and peel 3M tape and place it on the automative.
If you use screw and bolts. you need to take off the nuts from screw. and place the badge and fix the nuts back with a plier.
We use 3M adhesive. It is strong.and suitable for indoor environments. If outdoors, screws is better
The badge is made of zinc alloy, aluminum, stainless, with plating color and enamel paint.
