Send us your logo and the softball artwork you want to use. We’ll follow your reference for the ball color, stitching, and player image, then add your event name or season.
You can put the main design on the front and award wording on the back. For several divisions, provide the exact names and quantities together so each version is clear before production.

3D Medals
Raised metal gives the ball, glove, or player more depth. Choose this option when you want to feel the details rather than have a flat printed image.
Enamel Medals
Use enamel for simple logos and team colors. Soft enamel leaves the metal outlines raised; hard enamel is polished smooth with the metal.
Full-Color Printed Medals
Printing works well for detailed team artwork, shading, and gradients. It lets you keep color changes that would be difficult to separate into enamel areas.
Customize Your Metal Medals
Gold, silver, and bronze finishes can separate award places. Shiny, matte, and antique finishes are available for different looks.
Choose a round medal or a custom outline based on your team logo or event design. If you’re including several words or logos, leave enough room for them to stay readable. We’ll check the layout at the size you want.
Match the ribbon to your team colors or print your tournament name on it. Common sizes include 900 × 25 mm and 900 × 38 mm. Choose single-sided or double-sided logo printing. We also check the ribbon attachment and medal loop before production.

Can I Order Fastpitch And Slowpitch Medals Together?
Yes. List the design and quantity for each. Different medal designs have a minimum order of 100 pieces each.
How Many Medals Do I Need For My Program?
Count the recipients in each division, then add any separate MVP, sportsmanship, coach, or staff awards. A player receiving two awards needs two medals.
Can I Send A JPG Or PNG?
Yes. JPG and PNG files should be at least 1,000 pixels. We also accept AI, EPS, and PDF files.
Can I Check A Sample Before The Full Order?
Yes. Sampling takes 7–10 days. We charge only the mold fee, with shipping charged separately.
How Long Does Production Take?
Bulk production takes 10–18 days. Shipping time is additional.
