Design Your Spinning Medal
Choose which part of your design will spin. Spinner medals are made of zinc alloy. Before production, the artwork will show the front of the outer medal, both sides of the spinner, and how the pieces fit together.
Common sizes are 2″, 2.25″, 2.5″, and 3″, with a standard thickness of 4 mm. You can customize the outer shape too. Leave enough room around the spinner for your event name and other details.
We can print your event name, logo, and sponsors on the ribbon. Standard lanyard sizes are 900 × 25 mm and 900 × 38 mm, with printing available on one or both sides.

Send us your design, size, quantity, event date, and country. Mark which part you want to spin so we can quote the construction.
2. Confirm Artwork
Review the medal and ribbon artwork, including the front and back of the spinner. We’ll make any changes before you approve production.
3. Arrange Production & Shipment
After approval and payment, we arrange production and shipping according to the agreed schedule.

Can Different Spinners Share The Same Outer Medal?
Yes. Different spinners can share the same outer medal mold. The total order must be at least 100 pieces, with a minimum of 50 pieces per spinner version.
Can I Check How The Medal Spins Before Bulk Production?
Yes. We can send you a video showing your sample spinning. We charge only the mold fee for samples.
Can One Medal Have More Than One Spinning Part?
Yes. We can make medals with one to four spinning parts.
