Event Artwork
Send your club logo and the swimming image you want to use. We can include freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly artwork, along with lanes, waves, or a dolphin motif. Sponsor logos can go on the back if needed. We’ll prepare professional artwork for your approval.
Medal Shape and Size
Choose a round, square, or custom-shaped medal. Iron suits simpler shapes without internal cut-outs; zinc alloy suits 3D sculpted details and open sections. Our medals are heavy-duty.
Tell us the size you want when requesting a quote. If you have a previous medal you like, send a photo with its measurements as a reference.

Enamel Medals
Soft enamel medals are popular and versatile. We can also add glitter enamel for extra sparkle or apply an epoxy dome for a smooth, glossy finish.
3D Medals
3D works well for a swimmer, dolphin, or wave with raised details. Keep the smaller details in 2D so your main logo stands out.
UV Printed Medals
Choose UV printing if your logo has gradients or fine details that are difficult to fill with enamel. We can combine printing with raised metal, so the logo stays in full color while other parts of the medal have depth.
Customize Your Swim Awards
Choose shiny or antique gold, silver, or copper. Different metal colors can distinguish first, second, and third place without changing the main design.
We also offer black nickel, two-tone, rainbow, and colored finishes. Sandblasted or black-coated areas can give the background a different appearance. Send a reference if you have a particular finish in mind.
Carry your event name and club colors onto the ribbon. Common sizes include 900 × 25 mm and 900 × 38 mm. Choose single-sided or double-sided logo printing.
We prepare the ribbon artwork separately for approval and attach the ribbons before shipping. Custom ribbon costs are listed separately in your quote.
Translucent blue lets the metal show through water-themed areas. Glitter adds sparkle to selected waves or splashes, while glow-in-the-dark color lights up fluorescent green in the dark. Check a physical sample for these effects rather than relying only on screen colors.
We can also add cut-outs, spinning or sliding parts, rhinestones, epoxy domes, or metallic paint. Bottle-opener designs and magnet attachments are available too. We’ll check the space and structure needed for your chosen feature before confirming the design.

How to Order
1. Get a Free Quote
Send your event type, logo or design, medal size, and quantity per version. Include your ribbon requirements, country, event date, and required arrival date. A sketch or previous medal photo is enough to start the discussion.
2. Confirm Artwork
After the order is confirmed, we’ll prepare the medal and ribbon artwork for you to approve. AI, EPS, or PDF files with outlined text are useful; clear images can also serve as references. You can request a physical sample before bulk production.
3. Arrange Production & Shipment
We produce the medals to the approved specifications and award list. Your ribbons are attached before packing, and shipment follows the agreed schedule and shipping method.

What Is The Minimum Order?
100 pieces per design. Different designs or structures cannot be combined to meet the minimum.
How Much Do Custom Swimming Medals Cost?
The price is based on the size, thickness, design, quantity, and chosen options. Your quote lists the mold fee, medal unit price, custom ribbons, and shipping, with tax and delivery terms confirmed before ordering.
Can I Approve A Sample Before Production?
Yes. Sampling takes 7–10 days. We charge only the mold fee; shipping is extra.
How Long Does Production Take?
Bulk production takes 10–18 days. Artwork approval, sampling, and shipping take additional time.
Can I Reuse The Design For The Next Event?
Yes. The same design can be reordered. Changing details made in the mold may require a new mold; putting the year on the back by laser engraving lets you update it without changing the front design.
How Are The Medals Packed?
Each medal is packed in an individual OPP bag for basic protection.
What If There Is A Quality Issue?
Send clear photos and the affected quantity as soon as you receive the medals. We’ll review the problem with you and replace items with defects ones.
