Design Your Swim-Bike-Run Medals
- Swim, Bike and Run Artwork
Combine the three sports with your race logo. If the front gets crowded, move sponsor logos and location details to the back so the main design stays clear.
- Event and Award Details
Add your distance, year, and award wording for sprint, standard, or long-distance races. Finisher, relay, and age-group versions can use different back text or ribbons.
Names, race numbers, and finish times can be laser-engraved. Results added after race day need a separate engraving schedule. Label aquabike and duathlon awards separately from triathlon finishers.
- Shape and Structure
We make round and custom-shaped medals in iron or zinc alloy. Zinc alloy allows cut-outs and rotating centers. If you prefer a heavier medal, let us know before quoting so we can recommend the thickness.
Choose Your Medal Style
Soft Enamel Medals
Simple swim-bike-run symbols suit soft enamel. Metal lines divide the solid colors and sit slightly above them, creating a textured finish.
3D Medals
Swimmers, cyclists, runners, and waves can have raised, rounded details. The figures stand out from the background rather than looking flat.
UV Printed Medals
Detailed race illustrations, shading, and gradients suit UV printing. It reproduces full-color artwork without metal lines between each color.
Finishes, Colors and Ribbons
Shiny finishes give a brighter look; antique finishes bring out recessed details. Choose gold, silver, or bronze colors, or combine two finishes on one medal.
Use your event’s red, blue, black, or other brand colors. We work from your color reference or Pantone codes. Glitter and glow-in-the-dark enamel are available. You can check the effect on a sample.
Print your race name, logo, and distance on the ribbon. Common sizes include 900 × 25 mm and 900 × 38 mm. Choose single-sided or double-sided logo printing.
Ribbon artwork is provided separately for approval.

Can Different Designs Share The Minimum Order?
The minimum is 100 pieces per design. Different shapes or molded artwork count separately. Finish, ribbon, and back-text variations are reviewed as part of your quote.
How Much Do Custom Triathlon Medals Cost?
Price depends on size, thickness, material, design, quantity, and ribbons. Mold fees and freight are listed separately.
How Long Do Sampling And Production Take?
Sampling takes 7–10 days; bulk production takes 10–18 days. Approval and shipping are additional. Sampling costs only the mold fee, with freight extra.
Can We Update The Medals For Next Year?
Yes. Laser-engraving the year on the back lets you change it without remaking the front mold. Changes to molded dates or artwork may require a new mold.
How Are The Medals Packed?
Each medal is packed in an individual OPP bag. Category labels or separate packing arrangements need to be agreed with the order.
