Event Artwork
Start with your school logo, mascot, or tournament design. For wrestling figures, send a reference of the pose you want. Sponsor logos can go on the back to leave more room for the main artwork.
Award Details
Add weight classes, divisions, and placements to your medals. Keep the tournament design on the front and use the back for names, dates, or longer award wording.
Shape and Size
Round medals suit simple layouts. Zinc alloy allows custom outlines and cut-outs; iron is an option for simpler shapes. Tell us the size and thickness you want, or share a previous medal as a reference.
Choose Your Medal Craft
Soft Enamel Medals
Soft enamel gives team logos solid colors with raised metal borders. It suits simple designs with clearly separated color areas.
3D Medals
Wrestling figures and mascots can have sculpted faces, limbs, and clothing details. These raised surfaces give the design depth instead of a flat outline.
UV Printed Medals
Complex logos, shaded illustrations, and gradients can be printed in full color. Fine details don’t need to be divided into separate enamel sections.
Finishes, Colors and Ribbons
Choose gold, silver, or bronze-colored finishes for placement awards. Shiny metal gives a bright finish; antique metal brings out the recessed details.
We use your team colors or Pantone references to match the enamel. A physical sample lets you check the color beyond what you see on screen.
Add your tournament name, school logo, and team colors. Common sizes include 900 × 25 mm and 900 × 38 mm. Choose single-sided or double-sided logo printing.
We prepare the ribbon artwork separately for approval.

Can Different Versions Share The Minimum Order?
The minimum is 100 pieces per design. Changes to weight-class text, molded artwork, or shape may count as separate designs. We confirm this in your quote.
Is Individual Engraving Included?
Individual engraving is quoted separately unless included in your agreed price. We confirm the cost before production.
How Much Do Custom Wrestling Medals Cost?
Price depends on the design, size, thickness, quantity, finish, and ribbons. Front-and-back artwork also affects the cost. Mold fees and shipping are listed separately.
How Long Do Sampling And Production Take?
Sampling takes 7–10 days; bulk production takes 10–18 days. Approval and shipping are additional. Samples cost only the mold fee, with freight extra.
How Are The Medals Packed?
Each medal is packed in an individual OPP bag.
