How To Apply Heat Seal Patches?
You can apply heat seal patches by iron on and heat press machine. Choose either at your convenience. Note that: the heat sealing patches do not suitable silk, satin, lace, and Leather, it will make your clothes shrink, even burn.
- Set up temperature, around 160-180 degrees Celsius based on different garment materials ,like cotton, denim, canvas and jeans.
- Place your patches on the correct place, make it flat.
- Lay a piece of parchment paper over the patch to protect it from direct heat.
- Heat for 13-15 seconds
- Cool down and check quality.
How To Remove Heat Seal Patches From Uniforms?
If you want to remove the heat seal patches, you need the iron. the principle is when the heal seal is melt, it will be falling off.
- Heat seal patches to 160-180 degrees Celsius
- Try to peel off the patches. please be careful, little by little to peel off.
- Remove Residue. You need adhesive remover to clean it.
