Artwork and Printing
Acrylic pins are made of single layer acrylic board. We make logo with UV printing. Send a clear image, we will offer you professional advice on texts size and clear areas.
Shape and Size
Our common sizes are 0.75″, 1″, and 1.25″, all 3 mm thick. We can make round or square pins, or cut around your design. Smaller sizes suit simple logos. Choose a larger size for more detail. Measure the widest part of the pin, including the border.
Surface Effects
Choose holographic acrylic for a color-changing effect in the light, epoxy for a raised, glossy surface, or glitter for sparkle.
Backing Options
We offer butterfly clutches, rubber clutches, safety pins, and magnets. With a butterfly or rubber clutch, push the pin through the fabric and secure it from behind.
Packaging Options
Each pin comes in an individual OPP bag. We can also make custom backing cards with your logo or message. Send both designs together for a quote.
Order with a Professional Pin Supplier
Send us your design, and we will plan the printing and clear areas for you. Printed areas need white ink, while unprinted areas can remain transparent. If your design has clear areas, we will place the pin post behind a printed area so it does not show through.
We will also help you choose between printed colors and colored acrylic. Printed colors are part of the artwork, while colored acrylic means the entire acrylic sheet has a base color.
For pin design, You can print across the whole pin or leave a white border. We will show these details on the artwork for your approval before production.
You can order a sample before placing the full order. You can see the printed colors, feel the surface, and try the backing. sample cost: $60/design.

We’ll send you artwork showing the design, size, and backing position. Let us know what needs changing. If you order a sample, we’ll wait for your approval before making the full batch.
3. Arrange Production & Shipment
After you approve the artwork and order details, we’ll make and pack your pins, then ship them on the agreed schedule.

How Are Acrylic Pins Different From Enamel Pins?
Acrylic pins use a printed image on acrylic. Enamel pins have a metal body with separate color-filled areas. Choose acrylic for photos and gradients, or enamel for a metal pin with solid colors.
Can I Combine Different Designs To Meet The Minimum?
No. The minimum is 100 pieces per design. List the quantity for each design separately.
Can I Get A Physical Sample?
Yes. Samples cost US$60 per design and take 7 days to produce.
How Long Does Bulk Production Take?
Bulk production takes 10–15 days. Shipping time is additional, so please give us your required arrival date when requesting a quote.
Are Acrylic Pins Scratchproof Or Unbreakable?
No. Avoid scraping the surface, bending the pin, or letting it rub against keys and other hard objects.
Can I Order Several Designs Together?
Yes. You can order several designs together, with a minimum of 100 pieces per design. We’ll list each design and quantity separately for your approval.
