Customize Your UV Printed Challenge Coins
We make coins with iron, brass, and zinc alloy. Zinc alloy works well for cut-outs and complex shapes. Send us your design, and we’ll recommend the right material for it.
Your coin can be round or shaped around your design. A larger size gives small lettering and detailed images more room. Standard coin sizes are 1.75” and 2”. For designs with small details, consider a larger size, such as 2.5”–3”, to keep them clear.
Your artwork can use 2D or 3D relief with UV-printed color. We will suggest the right structure to match your design. For a 3D coin, we can provide a CNC drawing so you can check the relief before we make the mold.
Choose gold, silver, copper, an antique finish, or two-tone plating. The finish changes how the exposed metal looks alongside your printed colors.
The standard coin edge is flat and round. We also offer diamond-cut, reeded, and rope edges.

How To Order With Us?
Our ordering process is simple. Send us your design and project details, and we will guide you through each step.
Step 1: Send Inquiry
Send us your artwork, finished size, and quantity. We will review the design and provide an accurate quote based on these requirements.
Step 2: Confirm the Artwork
Once you confirm the quote, we will prepare the production artwork for your approval. Check the design, dimensions, colors, UV-printed areas, enamel areas, and raised or recessed metal details before production.
Step 3: Place the Order
After you approve the artwork and pay the deposit, we will start production. We will provide progress photos during production and send photos and videos for final confirmation before arranging shipment.
Can I Send a JPG or PNG Instead of a Vector File?
Yes. We accept JPG and PNG files, as well as PDF, AI, and EPS.
Can I Get a Physical Sample Before the Full Order?
Yes. We can make a sample before bulk production so you can check the printed colors and metal details. We only charge the mold fee.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Standard production takes 12–18 days after artwork approval and payment. For rush orders of 100–500 coins, UV printing can take 8–13 production days. Shipping time is additional and varies by country and shipping method.
Will the UV Print Scratch or Fade?
UV printing is suitable for normal collecting and display. Scratches may occur if the surface rubs against other objects, and some fading may develop over time.
Can I Change Names or Numbers on Each Coin?
Yes. Each coin can have a different name or number.
Can I Reorder the Same Design Later?
Yes. We keep your mold for two years. Reorders of the same design and size within that period do not require another mold fee. Changes to the design or size may require a new mold.
Are Shipping And Import Duties Included?
We offer DDP shipping to most countries, with no additional import duties to pay on delivery when this service is agreed for your order. We’ll confirm the shipping method and all charges before you order. No hidden fees.
